Billowy pillowcase dress

This is my first pillowcase dress and I pepped up the hemline with some gathers. The fabric is green ahimsa (peace) silk and it is light and billowy. So I made the lining in handloom cotton to give the dress a bit of weight. Still billowy enough for me :)

I made a leather bag

It had to happen! I set about designing a bag this Sunday and it turned out like a Macaron :) An original design made the old fashioned way - hand drafted, hand cut and hand stitched.

This was my first leather project and therefore, I worked out the design first on paper and then on cotton before I dared to cut the leather.
